How To Upgrade to iOS 7 :

Make Sure you are connected to internet as the process may required internet connectivity for server signatures.

Step 1) Download iOS 7 firmware for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch from the links mentioned above.

Step 2) Open iTunes and connect your iDevice via USB cable

Step 3) Select your device from the left navigation pane on iTunes

Step 4) Take backup of your iDevice as we can restore the backup on iDevice with iOS 7. Once the backup is done continue to Step 5

Step 5) Hold down the Shift (Windows) or Alt /Option (Mac) key and hit the restore button on iTunes

Step 6) Browse and select the downloaded iOS 7 IPSW file.

Let the restore process complete.

Once the restore is done, go through the activation process on the iDevice and restore the backup when asked for.

Your iDevice will reboot some 2-3 times during the installation process.

There is it!!! iOS 7 on ur iDevice.
